Nice shot, well exposed. I like it but I think perhaps there are some converging verticles? The two spires seem to be leaning in toward the center. This can be fixed in Photoshop but it might compromise your composition.

Beautiful... I want to mention just some of the things I like: The white ship which is a reference for all the grays. The slanting spires which lean into the image. The bridge that connects parts of the composition. The lone boat in front that brings the eye around the whole image etc. Most of all its atmosphere which cannot be pointed to so easily.
