I am usually not a fan of B&W with colored focal point but this works very well because there is subtle color throughout (it is not B&W just appears that way at first). Lovely image.

Excellent composition. The yellow contrasts so very well with the surrounding landscape. Like the solitary tree, adds a dramatic mood to the shot.

great shot! well composed. love what you did with the color -- a lot of the time selective color looks really awkward but i think you pulled it off here well.
