This is very fine because of the balance you've achieved through the branches arching right, and the bird flying right. It's very well balanced also in how you've placed the interesection of shore and sea. Very fine work.

Very effective B&W. The bird adds to the dimension of the photo - a sense of life to contrast with the dead tree.
